Who Wants to be a Millionaire game for my students to review for tests

The purpose of my Millionaire game is to offer students a fun way to review for their tests and quizzes that I will be giving them in my classroom. It could be used in a lesson by having my students be placed in teams to answer the questions for bonus points. The team who can reach the furthest in the game would get those bonus points on the test/quiz. Each question would get more difficult for my students to challenege them to think about the unit they were just learning. I am basing my mock game on the unit of state capitals. This would be a geography unit and would be for children in 5th or 6th grade. They would get the easier, more familiar capitals first before I would challenge them with the more difficult capitals to remember at the end. This review game would give the students a good basis on what to study for during the actual test/quiz.
